By accessing or using the services of CMA Technologies I Adeah LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using our platform, services, or systems.

1. Nature of Service

CMA Technologies offers algorithmic trading automation systems that operate via user-provided sub-account API access on third-party cryptocurrency exchanges.
We do not manage, transfer, or hold user funds, and we do not engage in advisory, custodial, or brokerage activities.

2. Non-Financial Advisory Disclaimer

· We do not provide investment advice or financial recommendations.

· Any trade execution performed by our system is fully algorithmic and mechanical, based on predefined logic.

· All strategies and operations are executed solely under the parameters agreed upon by the user, who remains the final and exclusive decision-maker.

3. User Responsibility

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that:

· You voluntarily provide API access to your exchange sub-account.

· You are fully responsible for reviewing and configuring the API permissions and security settings.

· You understand the risks associated with trading on financial markets, including capital loss, drawdowns, slippage, and volatility.

· You agree to monitor all activity and maintain adequate security for your exchange account and credentials.

4. Liability Disclaimer

CMA Technologies, including its founders, developers, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome resulting from:

· Trading performance (including profit or loss)

· Exchange API malfunctions, outages, or security breaches

· Misconfiguration of API credentials or sub-accounts by the user

· Unexpected market events, high volatility, or liquidation

· Human or algorithmic error, including system delays or slippage

· Regulatory or legal restrictions in your jurisdiction

✅ The responsibility for using the tool lies entirely with you.

5. No Guarantees

· We do not guarantee profits or any specific return.

· Past performance does not indicate future results.

· All usage of CMA Technologies’ systems is at your own risk.

6. Service Fees & Subscription Terms

· Our services may be subject to monthly or annual fees, clearly communicated to the user before activation.

· Payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

· Users must cancel active services in writing prior to the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.

7. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate services at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

· Abuse, misbehavior, or fraudulent activity

· Violation of these terms

· Technical limitations or legal obligations

8. Jurisdiction & Legal Framework

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of United States of America.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Acceptance

By checking the "I Agree" box or continuing to use our services, you confirm that:

· You have read and understood this agreement

· You accept full legal responsibility for using our systems

· You release CMA Technologies from all legal and financial liability
